Please include your full name, preferred contact details, and a brief description of your data concern.

What Happens Next:

  • Acknowledgement & Response Time: In accordance with the UK Data (Use and Access) Act, I will formally acknowledge your complaint and provide a full, detailed response within 30 days of receiving your request.

  • Further Escalation: I will make every effort to resolve the matter with you directly. However, if you remain unsatisfied with my response, you retain the statutory right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent data protection authority.
